(Boynton Beach, FL) Thanksgiving came early for the Sarasota Millionaires as they held on to beat the East Coast Reapers 25-21 in the 5th annual Turkey Bowl game Saturday night in Boynton Beach, FL.
Quarterback Mike Peterson threw 2 touchdown passes and ran for another and the Millionaire defense put up a goal line stand in the last 2 minutes of the game keeping the Reapers out of the end zone to take the Turkey Bowl trophy. Peterson was named the MVP of the game.
