Monday morning, 5.19.08, 10 am GMT

We arrived on Saturday in Heathrow Airport, were picked up by my brother Andy and his wife Sian, and after a 5-hour drive across Britain we arrived in St. David's, the smallest city in Britain located in Pembrokeshire, South-West Wales.
It's very small, but extremely tourist-oriented (hence the Internet Wi-Fi Cafe next door to our apartment), and apart from its beautiful cathedral, it is no doubt known for its breathtaking cliff views and its Atlantic coastline. The ocean resembled a mill-pond on our first 9-mile walk yesterday. Needless to say, our jet-lag added to our aching bones last night, but a good bacon sandwich, a couple of good pints and the sunshine will send us happily into our second full day.
I'm going to edit photos and make a special album, which you'll be able to view here soon. Here are just two examples (I took these yesterday) to give you an idea of the beauty of the region:

Where were you then? Thought you were coming to see us in Langford. Haven't met Maria yet would be lovely to see you both. In fact we could have joined you on holiday!!! Bastard....
