Cork Makes the Early Bird Hip

At one point or another, we've all talked about Florida residents eating dinner in "the middle of the afternoon". And, it's usually talked about like a joke. Well, Cork, located on St. Armands Circle is attempting to change all that. They're trying to make early bird dining cool. And, they just might succeed.

Monday through Friday from 4pm until 6pm in Cork's downstairs cafe they will be serving a fantastic dinner for 2 for $39.93. As if that price isn't good enough, it also includes a bottle of wine! Chef Trefry has put together a great "Cork Club" menu for all of it's early dining guests. The menu is aimed at Sarasota food aficionados who want to dine post-beach and pre-sunset. The Cork menu sports some nice choices including, Oven Roast Chicken, BottleShop Meatloaf and Mediterranean Salmon. All dinners are served with a choice of two salads.
