Thanks to my husband, the fireman, the hunter and the best dad and husband one could have for making this video for me. I love my job which is so fun. We have awesome MOMS who are setting the best examples for their children. YOU GO GIRLS!!

Kudos to Erich for putting together a great video for us mommies! Beth is the best and is so dedicated to the organization and the families. Joining strollrfit was the best decision I made this year and thanks to Beth I am in better shape now and feel so much better than I was in college! This video is great to send out to friends and family who aren't quite sure what ALL we do at s.f.!

it is fun! and a major workout! beth is the best. i credit beth and strollerfit with getting me out and moving and back to life when ryan was just 6 weeks old. she is now almost 5 months and i am more fit and a smaller size than before i got pregnant!

This does not look like working out.... this looks like FUN!!!! Puts me in a mood.... I am amazed with how those baby-kids stay in the strollers and let the mommies do their thing.
I wish I had the oportunity to do it!!!
